Straight from a mixing desk in Portland, Oregon to your ears, it's Never Lonely Alone! Chris has been making some great tunes and releasing them on his own bandcamp (neverlonelyalone.bandcamp.com go there for more) so it was time we got together and brought you something for the NYH masses. 'I Am An Island' is a deep tune that has elements of dub and kraut, but is presented here in 3 radically different mixes and a remix by label boss Drvg Cvltvre.

This track reminds me of rainy streets in the near future, where the neon is all broken and sparks are flying across the streets. A wardance for the painfully alone that have the inner strength of 300 spartans. A monument to a time where anything can happen right now but probably won't. Check these cuts out and listen to them with the deep listening method, maybe you can hear the raindrops hitting the drum machines...
