Okitap returns to the mothership with a serious, hard hitting EP and a heavy message. He released on NYH before under his 'Atilla The Hvn' alias and we even dropped a cassette by him. This EP takes you on a journey through the intense and violent atmosphere of occupied Gaza, as imagined by Ookitap. It's a dark quest, extremely distorted and compressed and unease drips from every bar. There is a glimmer of hope, but the menacing darkness pushes it away at almost every turn.

After a deep first track with lots of twists and turns and one hell of a synth layer, Okitap takes you down to the basement with some heavy duty kicks and industrial rhythms. This EP feels more like a soundtrack though, it's too bad it's not a soundtrack to an imaginary world, but the real live streets of a piece of the globe that's being destroyed right now. There are a lot of real people stuck there, between a rock and a hard place.

All proceeds will go to Doctors without Borders, like our #CEASEFIREINGAZANOW compilation. If you can spare it, give generously. Loads of people in the strip are in need of decent medical assistance.
