Jentlemen, aka Jen O, has been an integral part of New York's electronic music underground for a long time now. We are more than excited to welcome her to our NYH fam! Over these 4 tracks, Jentlemen takes us from the Dutch West Coast / Global Darkness sound circa 2002 to the slightly more introvert electro vibes of Ghostly International. She adds some crunchy 303 to top off the mix. Combining melody into harmony is a big part of her sound and the analogue warmth and tape hiss is all over this EP!

I'm elated to hear this sound being produced again. Awesome tracks that fit right in next to your Bangkok Impact, It & My Computer and Legowelt records. It's not all throwback though. The snappy 808 sounds give this EP a pushy, propulsive element that's as much future as it is past. I think it's sublime and one of the best things I've heard in awhile. What do you think?
