s.soo has released on NYH before under the name Sistal. They are both aliases of Stanislav Sursyakov. Sursyakov is the founding father of WTTST Radio, a leading source in dance music for everybody in Russia.

Under his s.soo name he sent these tracks that are way beyond anything he has ever sent us in the past. They build on his fav corner of the electronic universe, dub techno, but without any of the stale connotations that might have for you. This is not the 3452th Deepchord rip-off, but something completely new.

A dark, brooding sound that combines elements of futuristic soundtracks and deep, pulsating bass of the Jamaican diaspora. And as you are imagining that, I'll tell you it's not what you have in your head right now. Stanislav takes out any element he feels like, sometimes only leaving an echo chamber of abstract dub. 'Tyman' sounds unlike anything I've ever heard. I wouldn't even know where to begin to recreate this whirling, echo-ing, hypnotic dream music... Please check this out and get lost in this.
