XOOL is the all hardware, now defunct (yes really) duo of Mike Crawford and Michael Padgett aka Ole Mic Odd. Specialising in long analogue jams with crazy amounts of knob twiddling and distortion, this is the kind of stuff you can hear at the creative peak around 03.00 AM at any free tekno / free rave out in the woods all across the world, except its slowed down to non drug fueled speeds.

Really awesome techno improvisation that sounds like Fallbeil and Psychick Warriors Ov Gaia had a love child. Yeah. And you know those are my two favorite bands right?? Deepness with a distorted edge and warped to hypnotic lengths. Dont sleep on this!
