Back when I started recording music it was very primitive. I didn't have/use midi because I didn't have any equipment that had midi in/out. I started out making demo's for the bands I played in and gradually they became stand-alone tracks. Just experimenting and twiddling away in the bedroom.

At the time I was unaware of any scene or style of electronic music. I just blended what I knew (new beat and the occasional electronic tracks I bumped into, like the Suicide record my dad had bought by accident) and tried to make something out of it.

All these tracks are all played live and recorded on a 4-track recorder. The drums made on a cheap boss dr. rhythm 550, all 'synth' sounds are in fact super cheap casio tone banks and a yamaha cs-30 somebody gave me. Treated with a phonic delay and a flanger guitar effect pedal.
